Where Creativity Meets Control: Delivering an International Town Hall Experience

The result was a leadership experience that strengthened connection between regional teams and global leadership while demonstrating how complex internal communications can be transformed into a cohesive, multi-dimensional experience.

When a leading global technology company hosted its international town hall in London, the objective was to connect senior leadership with regional teams while showcasing the organization's global culture and innovation agenda.

Held at a landmark London venue, the program required precise coordination across creative, production, and technical teams within a complex, high-traffic architectural environment. The scope included live presentations, breakout sessions, and on-site engagement moments designed to extend the impact of the leadership program beyond a single broadcast.

Our team led experience design and production delivery, coordinating multiple workstreams including creative development, technical production, vendor management, and real-time show execution. A structured delivery framework ensured alignment across teams and maintained clarity across all operational and financial components throughout the program lifecycle.

Over multiple days, the experience brought together leadership presentations, interactive sessions, and audience engagement moments that extended participation well beyond the main broadcast. The program achieved 88% live participation and near-complete total audience reach across global teams.

More Than a Moment: Designing a Weeklong Immersive Employee Experience

Rather than focusing on a single event moment, the experience demonstrated the value of designing engagement as a continuous journey across multiple touchpoints.

When a leading global technology company sought to deepen employee connection beyond a traditional town hall, we helped design and deliver a weeklong internal experience that extended engagement across multiple touchpoints and formats.

The central town hall served as the anchor, but the program was designed as a broader journey of discovery, interaction, and participation across the organization.

Supporting activations included a curated brand and design showcase exploring product innovation and creative impact, an interactive experiential installation centered on sound and audio technology, and leadership-led career conversations focused on growth, development, and organizational culture. The program concluded with a celebratory gathering designed to bring employees together in a shared moment of reflection and recognition.

Delivering the experience required coordination across creative development, content production, technical execution, vendor management, and internal stakeholder alignment, all operating under compressed timelines and evolving requirements. Our team led end-to-end experience design and production delivery, ensuring consistency across physical, digital, and live components.

The program achieved participation rates exceeding 90%, with strong qualitative feedback highlighting increased connection to leadership, culture, and company direction. The approach has since informed future employee engagement programming within the organization.

Why Employee Experiences Matter.

Employee experiences create opportunities to:

  • Reinforce culture

  • Celebrate achievement

  • Build trust

  • Strengthen connection

  • Communicate organizational priorities

  • Increase engagement

When thoughtfully designed, these moments become more than events. They become shared experiences that shape how employees connect with their organization and one another.
